Lead Times
Most catering orders require 48–72 hours notice. Large events and holidays may require 7+ days. Rush orders may be possible depending on kitchen capacity — call to check availability.
Minimums & Serving Counts
Catering minimums depend on menu selection and service style. Typical tray packages start at 10–12 servings. We will recommend the right package based on your headcount and budget.
Our team will help you estimate the right quantities based on your guest count, event type, and whether the food is the main meal or part of a larger spread.
Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit is required to confirm your catering reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or incur a partial charge.
Delivery vs Pickup
Pickup is available at Harbour House, Fort Walton Beach. Delivery is available for select orders within our service area and may include a delivery fee. Setup service may be available for larger events — ask when booking.
