Catering Policy
Everything you need to know about booking Bikkle Yaad catering.
Lead Times
We recommend booking catering at least 48–72 hours in advance. For large events (50+ guests), holiday weekends, or complex setups, a week or more notice is strongly advised. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on kitchen availability but are not guaranteed.
Minimum Orders
Catering minimums vary by menu selection and service style. Most tray packages start at 10–15 servings. Contact us with your headcount and we will recommend the right package and confirm minimum requirements for your event.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your catering date, particularly for large orders and peak times. Final payment is typically due at pickup or prior to delivery. We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
Cancellations
Catering cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund as food may already be in preparation.
Delivery vs. Pickup
Most catering orders are available for pickup at our Harbour House location in Fort Walton Beach. Delivery is available for select orders within our service area and may incur a delivery fee. Delivery availability depends on order size, distance, and schedule.
Serving Estimates
Our serving estimates are based on standard portion sizes. If your guests are big eaters or you want leftovers, consider ordering for 10–15% more than your headcount. We are happy to help you calculate the right quantities during the planning process.
Final Confirmation
All catering details — menu, quantities, timing, and pricing — must be confirmed at least 24 hours before pickup. Changes after confirmation may be subject to availability and pricing adjustments. We will send a final confirmation summary for your review.
