Private Events Policy
How private events work at Bikkle Yaad, from inquiry to celebration.
Date Holds and Deposits
Event dates are held only after a deposit is received. The deposit amount varies based on event size and date. Weekend and holiday dates book quickly, so we recommend inquiring as early as possible. Your deposit secures both the date and our commitment to your event.
Guest Count Confirmation
A final guest count is required at least 72 hours before your event. This count determines food quantities and staffing. Increases within 72 hours may be accommodated based on kitchen capacity. Decreases within 72 hours may not reduce the final charge.
Room and Setup Limits
Room layout and setup are tailored to your group size and occasion. Let us know about any special requirements during your inquiry — presentations, decorations, seating arrangements, audio/visual needs. Setup time is built into your event window.
Cancellation Policy
Event deposits are fully refundable with 14 days notice. Cancellations 7–14 days before the event receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit as food and staffing preparations may already be underway. Rescheduling is preferred over cancellation when possible.
Food and Beverage Rules
All events include food service from our kitchen. Beverage packages and policies vary by event type — we will clarify all beverage options during your planning consultation. Outside food is generally not permitted. Cake and dessert exceptions may be made for birthday and celebration events with advance notice.
Damages and Liability
The event host is responsible for any damage caused by guests to restaurant property during the event. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or decoration removal. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance if required by your venue or organization.
