How our online ordering works, from checkout to pickup.
Checkout shows the current fulfillment option and preparation estimate the restaurant can support for your cart. Timing may change with kitchen conditions, so use the estimate shown for the current order and contact the restaurant if your plans change.
The ordering system checks the current published menu and sellability before checkout. If availability changes after an order is accepted, the restaurant will use the contact details on the order to resolve the issue; substitutions are not assumed without confirmation.
The checkout screen presents the server-authoritative item prices, modifiers, tip, fulfillment fee when applicable, and total before payment. Payment is completed through the payment flow configured for the restaurant; this page does not override the amount shown for the actual order.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact the restaurant as soon as possible. Eligibility for changes, cancellation, or refund depends on the order state and payment outcome; the restaurant will confirm what can still be changed and any applicable refund path.
If you cannot arrive near the fulfillment estimate shown for your order, contact the restaurant promptly. Food-safety handling and any refund or remake decision depend on the actual order condition and confirmed restaurant policy.
