Online Ordering Policy
How our online ordering works, from checkout to pickup.
Pickup Timing
When you place an online order, you will select a pickup window based on current kitchen capacity. Orders are prepared in the sequence they are received. Please arrive within your selected window to ensure the freshest possible food. If you are running late, call us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Substitutions and Availability
Menu items and ingredients are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to discuss alternatives. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
Payment and Pricing
All online orders are processed securely through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are final unless we need to make a substitution due to availability. We do not store your credit card information — all payment details are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please call us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been prepared may not be eligible for refund. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
No-Show Policy
Orders that are not picked up within a reasonable time after the selected window may be discarded for food safety reasons. No-shows are not eligible for refund. If you cannot make your pickup window, please call us immediately.
Allergen Disclaimer
Our kitchen prepares dishes containing common allergens including gluten, dairy, shellfish, nuts, and soy. Cross-contact may occur. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please call the restaurant BEFORE placing your order to discuss your needs.

If you experience any issues with your online order — payment failures, incorrect items, or quality concerns — contact us immediately. We are committed to making it right. For urgent issues, calling the restaurant directly is the fastest way to reach us.
