Our kitchen prepares a wide variety of dishes using shared equipment and prep areas. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Cross-contact with gluten, dairy, shellfish, nuts, soy, and other allergens may occur during normal kitchen operations.
Common Allergens in Our Kitchen
Gluten
Found in festival bread, roti, and some sauces.
Dairy
Present in mac and cheese, some gravies, and desserts.
Shellfish
Escovitch fish and some seafood dishes may contain shellfish.
Tree Nuts
Some desserts and specialty items may contain nuts.
Soy
Soy sauce and soybean oil are used in some marinades.
Spice Sensitivity
Scotch bonnet and pimento are used liberally. Mild options available on request.
Vegetarian & Vegan Options
We offer vegetarian-friendly sides and rotating vegetable selections. Vegan options are limited due to the use of coconut milk, butter, and animal-based stocks in many of our traditional recipes. Please call ahead so we can confirm current options and advise on modifications.
